Privacy Policy

The short version

This site does not track you. It does not collect personal data. It does not use analytics. The interactive experiments run entirely in your browser and send nothing to any server.

Who operates this site

aihumanlove.com is an independent, non-commercial project. See the About page for contact information.

What data we collect

None, by design. Specifically:

Interactive experiments

The experiments on this site run entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. All data generated during an experiment (such as your button clicks in a game) exists only in your browser's memory for the duration of the session. When you close or refresh the page, that data is gone. Nothing is transmitted to our server or any third party.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp). These logs are maintained by the hosting provider under their own privacy policy and data retention schedule. We do not actively access or analyse these logs. We have no control over this logging, which is standard practice for all web hosting.

Cookies

This site does not currently set any cookies. If cookies are required for a specific feature in the future (such as remembering a consent preference), we will ask for your consent first, in compliance with the UK GDPR, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the ePrivacy Directive, and the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG). See our Cookie Policy for full details.

Third-party services

This site does not embed any third-party scripts, fonts, or resources that could track you. All assets (stylesheets, scripts, fonts) are served from this domain only.

Children's privacy

This site does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children. Because no personal data is collected, there is no special risk to children's privacy. The site content is designed to be appropriate for general audiences.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. Because we do not collect any personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, delete, or port. If you believe we hold any data about you in error, please see the About page for contact information.

International users

This site is hosted in Iceland. It is accessible worldwide and is designed to comply with data protection requirements in the United Kingdom, the European Union (including Germany, France, and Belgium), and the United States. Because no personal data is collected, no cross-border data transfer issues arise.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Because this site does not collect email addresses, we cannot notify you of changes directly. We recommend checking this page periodically if you are concerned about privacy.
